1. Pricing Transparency
• All prices shown are based on the style and vendor pricing at the time of gallery selection.
• While we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing discrepancies may occur due to the volume of styles managed. In such cases, vendors reserve the right to correct any errors.
2. Gallery Access
• Access to the Dallas Market Gallery is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase.
3. Style Requests
• Clients may request up to 150 styles via email.
• Once your selections are finalized, please notify us by email to initiate processing.
4. Use of Gallery Images
A. Images provided in the gallery are intended solely for the purpose of purchasing from vendors.
B. Clients shall not use images for reproduction by their own manufacturers or any third parties.
C. Any misuse of gallery images may result in immediate termination of access and agreement.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, strategic, or sensitive information exchanged in the course of this agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
A. The Buying Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of this agreement.
B. The Buying Agency operates solely as a sourcing and buying service. It does not manufacture, design, or alter any products sourced from vendors.
• The Buying Agency makes no guarantees regarding the intellectual property status of any product, including trademarks, copyrights, or licensed designs.
• Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that all products comply with applicable intellectual property laws and possess necessary rights or permissions.
• The Buying Agency shall not be held liable for any disputes, claims, or legal actions resulting from a vendor’s unauthorized use of licensed or protected material.
